1. How long is polycarbonate roof’s lifetime?
A: Polycarbonate canopy roof that we sell has a 5 years minimum lifetime and 20 years maximum. If polycarbonate roof has reached 20 years, we suggest that it should be replaced immediately.
2. How long is galvalum and polyvinyl roof’s lifetime?
A: Galvalum and polyvinyl canopy roof that we sell has a 5 years minimum lifetime and 20 years maximum. If canopy roof has reached 20 years, we suggest immediate replacement.
3. Does canopy roof installment affect/change IMB(site plan permit)?
A: Canopy roof installment doesn’t affect or change IMB because canopy roof is still not considered expanding your building area. Building area can be affected by renovation using cement and bricks.
